Teslas Shanghai Gigactory exported more than 40,000 vehicles in January this year, ensuring its status as one of the U.S. electric carmakers main export hubs, the company said on Monday.

In January, 59,845 vehicles were delivered from the Shanghai Gigactory. That figure was 484,- last year, an increase of 235 percent from 2022 and accounting for 51.7 percent of Teslas global production capacity.

Last year, Teslas Shanghai ctory delivered more than 160,000 vehicles to overseas markets, meeting the needs of over 10 countries and regions in Europe and Asia.
