Chongqing Brewery announces progress of major asset restructuring relating to Carlsberg

NBD AI Bulletin,Chongqing Brewery Co., Ltd.(600-.SH) announced on the evening of May 28 that the Company signed a letter of intent with Carlsberg on March 27 to jointly increase the registered capital of Chongqing Brewery with assets or cash.

The Companys chairman is Roland Arthur Lawrence who is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) holer in Australia and has received a graduate degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Melbourne, a graduate degree from Deakin University and an undergraduate degree in Education and Arts from National University of Singapore. The Companys General Manager is Chen Song who is male with a Masters and Doctoral degree in Finance and Investment from the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University, and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Design and Manucturing from South China University of Technology.
